I’m a proud Texas-born girl, now planted in Jenks, Oklahoma, where I live with my handsome husband, four lively kids, two dogs, and a flock of chickens (I’d tell you how many, but you might judge me).

Seventeen years ago, when I was pregnant with my first child, something shifted. I found myself questioning everything—from what I was putting in and on my body to what I was inhaling via candles, detergents, and cleaners. I started reading labels (and Googling words I couldn’t pronounce), wondering why we seemed to have more health issues here at home than friends living halfway across the world. Why were things that felt off being treated like they were totally normal?

What started as a mama bear instinct quickly turned into a full-blown calling.
I didn’t want band-aid fixes, I wanted truth, tools and real, evidence-backed, natural ways to support the body the way God actually designed it to work.

I’ve spent nearly two decades digging, learning, testing, and living this out, not in a lab, but in real life. With babies on my hip, dirt under my fingernails, and a deep belief that we were made for more than just getting by I chose to deep dive on God’s way of health.

Today, I’m proud to be a double board-certified Natural Health Practitioner. I offer personalized, natural care that supports the whole you, mind, body, and spirit.

I currently see clients at an established wellness practice, Pathways Health and Beauty in Owasso, Oklahoma, alongside a nurse practitioner who blends natural therapies with conventional care when needed. I also offer virtual appointments, so you can get support no matter where you live, what you’re wearing, or whether your toddler is climbing the walls.
